This type of move is almost never cost effective. Sheds are not designed to come apart. When they are taken apart the roofing shingles are not salvagable (unless the roof is metal). Anything bigger than an 8×14 structure the floor need to come completely apart due to size and weight. Disassembling and Reassembling structures is a last resort and there are usually other methods of relocation.
